The WOD's or 'Wivenhoe One Designs' were originally launched in 1935 as a local boat to race on the river Colne, near Colchester. Nineteen were launched and now sixteen survive…..

His pitch dark backgrounds, surfaces, and colours are alike to layers of tar and tallow, marine paint and rust.
