Skippered by crew from The Coastal Exploration Company you will be part of a maximum audience of 14 on board CONCORD where owner James Boyd's incomparable guitar playing flows through poetry readings from the yachts logbooks circa 1930s. Endure the portrayal of a by-gone era in which classic yacht CONCORD navigates the Thames Estuary with a crew of companions as the Second World War looms.
Never before has this concert been performed in so rare a location. Sail to a remote creek in the heart of the salt marshes between Wells and Blakeney. Watch as the boats are transformed into an intimate concert venue under the wide skies of Norfolk. Enjoy the finest local mussels and white wine as the wood burning stove hisses and the marshes provide a haunting backdrop for an unforgettable experience.
